Please read these terms of service (the "terms") carefully before using Telelab developed and operated by the Institute for Future Intelligence (the "Institute").

Conditions of Use

The Telelab service is provided to you as it is, subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit and use Telelab, you accept the following conditions.

Privacy Policy

Before you continue using Telelab, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection and use.

Copyright

Content published on Telelab is the property of the Institute and/or the content creators and protected by international copyright laws. The entire compilation of the content found on Telelab is the exclusive property of the Institute.

Communications

You hereby consent to receive communications from the Institute regarding the Telelab service. If you subscribe to the newsletter about Telelab, you will occasionally receive announcements from the Institute about its updates. You also agree that all notifications and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your use of Telelab shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Comments, Reviews, and Emails

Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant the Institute non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content.

License and Site Access

We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of Telelab. You are not allowed to duplicate and modify it. This may be done only with written consent from the Institute.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on Telelab, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your name. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and edit or remove content.

Updates

These terms may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.
