Terms of Service for Aladdin
Please read these terms of service (the "terms") carefully before using Aladdin, a cloud-based CAD software program developed and operated by the Institute for Future Intelligence (the "Institute").
Conditions of Use
The Aladdin program is provided to you as it is, subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit and use Aladdin, you accept the following conditions.
Privacy Policy
Before you use Aladdin, we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection and use. In short, we collect no personally identifiable information from you.
Copyright
The Aladdin software is an exclusive property of the Institute. Content published in Aladdin is the property of the Institute and/or the content creators and protected by international copyright laws.
Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your use of Aladdin shall be arbitrated by state or federal courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Posts, Comments, and Reviews
Users may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant the Institute non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Aladdin software. You are not allowed to duplicate and modify it. Duplication and modification may be permitted only with written consent from the Institute.
User Account
If you are an owner of an account on Aladdin, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal details. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your ID. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts and edit or remove content.
Updates
These terms may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.
